Hi, me and my friends are looking to complete this amazing whole propriety, we are 3 Italian Architects, 2 males and 1 female, we are looking for a fourth tidy clean flatmate. Female preferred.
There is one rooms left, which is around 3x3 meters, which can be used as double or single.
The bills are not included and will come around max 75 pounds pm. The flat it's unfurnished.
There are 4 bedroom, 1 reception, 1living/kitchen, 2 bathrooms, plus an amazing garden. The kitchen has microwave, oven, dish washer , boiler, fridge etc...
We need to find someone as soon as possible but we are gonna move in April.
