This room is on the ground floor of a tall, period building with front and back gardens. There are two bedrooms that share the shower/utility room on the ground floor (due to be refurbished), a spacious living room and large, well-equipped kitchen on the second floor (great for entertaining), and a further two bedrooms and separate bathroom on the top floor, all moments from Kentish Town underground (Northern Line, Thameslink - Zone 2) which has excellent 24 hour transport links, local shops and services in all directions. Hampstead Heath is a short walk away (10 minutes).

The rent is £850p/m not including bills which cost £95 per month on average including council tax, gas and electricity, reliable broadband and a weekly cleaner.

There's one tenant (a friendly professional man in his mid-20s) who has been living in the house for six month, two other tenants are just moving in (end 20's female, working for design magazine and an early 30's male graphic design professional).
