The room is fully furnished, with plenty of storage space, and the flat benefits from a large roof terrace which is great for barbeques and drinks during the summer.

There is also a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with power shower.

The flat is situated on a residential street a short walk from both Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill, which are both lovely spots for weekend walks, brunch and pub lunches. There is a market Thursday - Saturday mornings and a large convenience store just round the corner.

The rate per month includes all bills, broadband and council tax.

I have lived here for nearly six years and I love the area and the flat itself. I'm a very easy-going flatmate, clean and tidy. I tend to stay with my boyfriend fairly often in the evenings and at weekends, so you might have the flat to yourself quite a lot, but I also enjoy a quiet evening in with a glass of wine. I'm looking for someone ideally of a similar age and outlook. The room is available immediately so please do get in touch if you're interested.
