Double bedroom for rent, 10 minutes from camden

We are four hard working students from LSE, UCL and Kings and are looking for somebody to fill in our spare bedroom. The house is victorian and located on a beautiful avenue 5 minutes from kentish town station. It is fully equipped with a large bathroom (bath and shower), a brand new washing machine, and a balcony which looks out onto many trees. The landlady is very good and reacts quickly if we have any problems. The house if often empty as we sadly spend most of our day in the library but often see eachother in the evenings and try to have a weekly sunday roast. We all walk/cycle to university. It is a pleasant 30 minute cycle ride to UCL from the house and an extra 10 minutes to LSE/kings. The rent is £155 per week. short term let or long term let - both good!
