Short Term Let - Large Double Room in Kentish Town
Hi All,
I have a fully furnished large double room available in a 4 bed house in Kentish Town - comes equipped with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. I'm moving out by Friday (latest) so the room is available from Saturday 4th until Saturday 18th when the tenancy ends. Rent, including all bills, would be £300 for the period. You would be required to pay me a £600 deposit, however this would be refunded at the end of the stay. However the Landlord has stated there would be capacity to stay on a rolling contract though price would revert to that of the current contract (£700 per month with bills).
The house doesn't have a separate living room, however there's a large open plan kitchen/dining room/social space where everyone congregates. You'd be sharing with 3 professional females in their early to mid-twenties, who are all lovely and work 9-5 in various sectors. The house is generally quiet so it would suit someone working 9-5.
I look forward to hearing from you :)
