3 bedrooms have just come up in a glorious chalk farm Victorian town house, as all my flatmates are moving onto pastures new & I love this place, so don't want to leave!

I'm 24 and work in marketing in Camden. The house itself is 10 minute walk to Chalk Farm tube station, 10 minutes to Camden Town high street & is close to all local amenities. This place really is a gem!

The 3 rooms all have double beds & are of good size. There's also a large kitchen & living room with a TV & a small garden/patio which is great to sit out in the summer.

I'm looking for flatmates of similar age & are professionals who are looking for a place to call home, not just a place to sleep. As there are 3 rooms available if you have a friend or 2 that is also looking for a place, now's your chance to get them involved before the rooms are gone!

Bills are an extra £80 a month & the agency requires a 6 week deposit. There's also an agency fee of £144.
