Hi all,

We have a spacious double room available in the heart of Kentish Town – with a king size bed and loads of wardrobe space!

The house itself is a nice 1940's style house, we rent the whole thing. The living room is cosy but sits around 7 people or so.

I think the flagship feature of the house is probably the garden. Considering you'd be lucky to get a small garden anywhere in London we've somehow landed a massive garden in Kentish Town. Great for BBQ’s, though admittedly will be a while before you'll want to test that out.

In terms of current housemates; we have a trainee accountant, two of us that work in media and one that works for a cycling charity.

Usually you'll find most of us in during the week. Hobbies include; playing football, cycling, the odd pub quiz etc. Also, films. Lots of films get watched in this house. TV: Game of Thrones, Hannibal, True Detective etc.

Rent is £610 pcm and bills probably amount to around £50 a month. One plus side is that we currently rent our driveway and the money goes towards council tax, meaning we only pay a third of what you usually should. We're not clean freaks but we do like to keep the house tidy, meaning we take it in turns to clean the kitchen, bathroom etc once a week.
