You may have recently moved to London and whilst you know people here already and like to do your own thing from time to time, it's important for you to live in a sociable home and not just somewhere to sleep. You enjoy having the odd meal together from time to time or going out for a walk and/or a drink together. The overground station Kentish Town West is a 7/10-minute walk from the house.. University College and the British Museum are a 10/15-minute bus-ride away, as are King's Cross & St Pancras stations. Belsize Park, Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill are a 15/20-minute walk from the house and have an array of bars, restaurants and pubs, as well as clothes shops and 2 Everyman cinemas.

The bedrooms all have double beds, built-in wardrobes, bookshelves and wifi. There is a largish kitchen/diner with washing machine and dryer, a separate living room with two sofas, an armchair, bookshelves, broadband TV and wifi. There's a small 'reading room' and there's also a secure bicycle shed in the front garden.

Council tax, water, broadband and TV licence are included in the rent. Only gas and electricity are to be shared by the 4 flatmates. This comes to about £200 a month in the summer and about £260 a month in winter - shared between the 4 flatmates.

There are no hidden charges or contract renewal fees, as no rental agency is involved. An employer's reference and the security deposit, however, will be required before the signing of contracts.
