Lovely sunny room to rent in Kilburn

We'd like to welcome you to our relaxed and sunny home in Kilburn.

We are three young(ish) creative professionals in a sociable and friendly flat. We keep our own hours but enjoy cooking, eating and drinking together as well as going out to gigs/raves and exhibitions.

Mike is an English teacher who used to be a D. J. and wishes he still was, any opportunity to debate a political ideology he will pounce on it like a panther in heat.

Duncan is a retoucher at John Lewis, he hasn't ever worked anywhere other than John Lewis, he get's gourmet food on the cheap and is a wizard in the kitchen, he once brought back the penguin from the t. v. advert for a day.

Kit is a photographer who considers hard work to be spending most of the working day reading blogs (and thinking about going into work) as any classic artist he doesn't trust anyone who doesn't drink.

The flat is on the second floor, with a kitchen, small lounge/tv room, two toilets, 4 bedrooms. and access to a huge communal garden, via a subterranean tunnel!

It is located close to Kilburn High Road and really well connected in terms of public transport - 6 minute walk to Brondesbury overground station, 10 minute walk to Kilburn on the Jubilee line, 15 minute walk to Queens Park on the Bakerloo line, night bus 20mins from central.

There are plenty of parks nearby for summer BBQs and decent pubs for winter days.

We're looking for a friendly and outgoing flatmate that can bring their own interests to the times we hang out together!

Bills are not included in rental but are roughly £80 a month on top of rent.

The letting agent is Paramount Lettings who have always been friendly and professional, and respond in a timely manner to any issues.
