Lovely large loft conversion in Ashtead...

Double Room

I have a lovely large room available. The room is a loft conversion and currently has a new double bed, tv and sofa and small table/chairs/wardrobes etc. The room has recently been decorated also.
The property is located 10 mins walk from Ashtead railway station which has direct links into both London Victoria and Waterloo. There is also a bus stop close by and access to M25 not far either.
The road is opposite local shops/post office.
The house is currently occupied by myself only and I am sometimes not there. The bathroom, kitchen & living room are on the ground floor and there is a bathroom on the second floor as well.
\there is a garden and the room would also be available for Mon-Fri lets if required.
Phone bill not included but other utility bills included
