I am moving to Croatia for work during the summer and require a tenant to take over my room in my absence for at least 6 months i. e. May - October end.

Deposit, length, 'contract' and even rent can be discussed and negotiated if favourable terms are met.

Rent is exclusive of bills but amount to no more than a mere 30 pounds/month each.

Wifi, water and council tax are all included in the rent.

The room is large, sunny, clean and will have all the necessary furniture for your pleasure:
Double mattress and bed
side table
3 chest drawers
Low coffee table
Desk and chair
Tall narrow stand
Rubbish bin, multiple mirrors and wall shelving
Hanging ceiling rail
Some gym and sporting equipment, as well as an iron and heater in the small storage area in the corner of the room.

I will clear my belongings and leave the room as vacant as you wish for your move in date.

The area is lovely, 10min walk to New Malden station (literally around the corner down the high street) and a 1 min walk to the main bus stop right outside.
It has abundant gyms, shops, grocery stores, restaurants and pubs within a 5 minute walk and along the high street around the corner.
Frequent buses between Kingston and Wimbledon as well as Heathrow Airport.
Frequent trains to London Waterloo.

Free parking along my road, the adjacent road and the cul de sac, first come first serve basis.

The room is a large (11sqm = 118sqft) south facing, sunny, warm and rather private even with my curtains being fully opened all day long.

It is within a flat complex. The flat itself is shared with 3 pleasant, easy going individuals of different ages, backgrounds and cultures. The one tenant is barely ever here though admittedly.
We all get along, cook together occasionally but mostly we all do our own things.

We share a fairly large comfortable kitchen with all the necessary equipment as well a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Ideally a younger, clean, tidy, considerate and friendly person to both respect my property and my current flat mates. If we can share a drink and shisha thereafter that would be pretty awesome too.
