Cheap, very conveniently located property. Berrylands station is 10 minute walk away, Kingston and Surbiton are both a 15-20 minute walk but can also be reached in five minutes on the K1 bus, which stops just down the road. Very easy access to shops in Kingston and bus connections - plus the fast train to Waterloo from Surbiton station.

Room features double bed with large wardrobe and desk. Kitchen has a fridge, gas cooker, oven, freezer, washing machine and a host of mismatching plates and saucepans.

Very cheap house to run - gas and electric are both British Gas and approx £30 - £40 pp per month, internet is £6 pp per month and water bill is reasonable and paid up to March. Council tax is approx £171 per month shared between the five of us.

We have a garden at the back which is suitable for bike storage and BBQs. Alas no parking except by permit, though rates are reasonable for this area and there's plenty of spaces.

You will be living with a zoologist, musician/technician, forester and the "token IT guy". All are working professionals but most importantly, they are all lovely, fantastic people who I hate to leave. I'm only moving due to changed circumstances and TFL kindly messing my bus route to work around!

Although the new tenant would begin paying rent from 1st December, I will be moving out on the 23rd therefore you can move in anytime from that evening, PROVIDING deposit has been paid to landlord.
