The flat is very homely, light, warm and quiet. All communal areas are furnished but the room would require furniture.

The flat consists of a large living room, spacious hallway/reception room, 1 bathroom (seperate bath and shower) and a kitchen), the 2 bedrooms and a large balcony.

There is fast internet and catch up tv at the flat. Council tax, internet and utilities come to around £100pcm.

The room itself is huge with fitted wardrobes, space for a kingsize bed, desk and dressing table...easily!

You'll be picking the remainder of my tenancy which is from the beginning of April or May (flexible) to the end of August.

There is an option to extend the current tenancy from September.
