Spacious Home to share in New Malden Zone 4

I am looking for a house mate to share a 2 bed mid terrace with up to the end of January 2016.

Great communal living space, garden and decking area. There is Virgin Media TV, broadband, landline at the house. Resident Parking permits were recently introduced which has made parking in the road and surrounding streets much easier.

The bedroom has a double bed, two wardrobes with drawers and one chest of drawers. There is one main bathroom with shower over bath and wc upstairs. There is a second bathroom/utility room downstairs with a shower cubicle and washing machine.

The kitchen has ample storage, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The Lounge has a sofa bed which is handy for occasional visits from friends or family.

The house is just a ten minute walk from either New Malden (Zone 4)or Motspur Park (Zone 4) National Rail stations. New Malden Station has 6 trains an hour towards Waterloo (25 mins) Clapham Junction (14 mins) Vauxhall (19 mins). Burlington Road is at the end of the street with bus stops for 131, 152 and 265 routes e. g. to Kingston (20 mins), Wimbledon (15 mins).

The house is also close to the A3(and a Krispy Kreme drive through if you have a sweet tooth?). New Malden High Street is close by and has all the shops and restaurants you could want - and in August we even get a Pizza Express for those who can't resist a voucher offer.

I would like to share my home with a friendly professional person. I keep the house clean and tidy and would like to share with someone who is happy to share the chores each week. It would be nice to share with someone who likes a balance between having their own space and being sociable with their house mate whether that be over dinner or a drink or just a catch up in front of the TV. There is as dog at the house who is quiet, clean, friendly and well trained.
