- Shared bathroom (with 1 flatmate) with shower, sink, and toilet

TRANSPORT & FACILITIES
- 7mn walk to Kingston station with a regular 30min train to Waterloo station.
- 5mn walk to the Town centre (shops, petrol station, bars, cafes and restaurants)
- 3mn walk to a large Sainsbury’s.
- 3mn walk to Nuffield gym.
- 2mn walk to Kingston Medical Centre
- 5mn drive to Kingston Hospital.

ABOUT US
We are two single professionals.

My flatmate is an Italian guy working in technology. When he is not working, he enjoys relaxing at home.

I am a French/Spanish guy working in strategy and finance. During my time off I surf, longboard, paddle, run and read. I am a very positive person with experience living with flatmates, and enjoy interacting with people in a fair, communicative and respectful way.

We are quite tidy, clean as we go, and do not party at home. This is a nice and comfortable home and we are looking for someone with similar values and who would appreciate such a place.

The appartment WILL NOT WORK for someone who enjoys spending a lot of time cooking.

THE DEAL
- Double Room in a premium location in Kingston
- £550 rent per month, including bills
- £550 deposit
- Rent paid monthly and in advance, on direct debit
- Sorry, no couples, students, DSS, pets and no smoking
- Require adequate work
- No short term let
- Room available from 16 February 2020.

The appartment and the room are great on all levels but have one problem: The wall between this room and the adjacent room is pretty thin, and we are therefore making this room available at an attractive and low rent.

As a consequence, for the room to work for you, you would need to be someone:
1. Who does not make much noise, and
2. Who does not care to hear some noise from the adjacent room.
