This annex/ room would be perfect for anybody needing to stay locally and not wanting to commute long distances to their family home each day. There is a large driveway with plenty of parking space for your car or van.
This is a beautiful, semi-rural spot.
The location is ideal for accessing all the major businesses in Leatherhead. It's just a short walk to Unilever, KBR, Cleeve road business park and the Wildlife Aid Hospital
Just opposite is the path to the lovely River Mole walk. Leatherhead train station is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
The room is in its own annex and has its own separate entrance. The fridge is just outside the annex door and a microwave oven and kettle can be supplied. However, there aren't any other facilities for cooking.
The weekday stay is usually from Monday evening until Friday morning. (Additional nights may be available over the weekend at £30 per night) It's fine to leave non-valuables here over the weekend. The minimum stay is for 3 weeks.
For someone who loves gardening after work, this location would be perfect. There are large gardens here, hence the possibility of a reduced rent for a keen gardener.
We are looking for someone who doesn't mind a member of my family using the shower in the ensuite, but only when you are at work. (or when your car isn't on the driveway.)
