2 mates sharing would like a 3rd

Two hardworking professionals are looking for a third to share our house. We have a lounge, dining room and conservatory so loads of separate space to do your own thing. There is a full bathroom with shower over bath and another toilet downstairs. All bills, broadband, Sky and household items like cleaning materials, toiletpaper, milk, coffee etc. included. A cleaner comes once a week to keep it all clean and tidy. A double bed fits in the room but it might be more comfortable with a single. We can provide a single bed and bedside table for the room, if required, but there are not built in wardrobes. We're easy going but like a neat and orderly home, we always invite friends over but don't throw raucous parties, we like and respect each other. There is parking on the street, and a nice garden to relax in. Our current tenancy runs out on 22 October but we can extend or renew if we all get along :)
