Double room to rent in family home

The room as it currently is (a nursery)

Good size, professionally decorated, furnished double bedroom to rent in the Little Bookham/Effingham area.

You would be living with a lovely family (at least we like to think so!) which comprises of myself, my husband and our two young sons aged 4 and 1. The room that is available is our younger son's room but the decor is neutral and very recently done.

There is full use of a large kitchen diner, separate living room and a very large garden with patio seating, decking and a BBQ. We have a very friendly and hygienic cat who spends much of her time on our oldest son's bed or outside!

Obviously we would want whoever takes the room to feel as much at home as possible but as we have two young children, noise and late nights would need to be considered.

Local buses run to Leatherhead, Epsom and Guildford from the end of Woodlands road (a 5/10 minute walk) and there is space for one car besides ours on the driveway.

I am currently a stay at home mum with my two boys and my husband also works based from home which is why we have advertised the room as being best suited to a professional however we would be willing to consider other situations if you feel the room would be right for you.
