The house is within walking distance to the train station, a few minutes away from junction 9 of the M25 and from the A3 either towards Guildford or London. There are some local shops and amenities and Oxshott has a great rural village atmosphere. Large Tesco 5 mins away and Sainsbury and banks in Cobham or Leatherhead which is a 8-10 min drive. The woods are also within walking distance if you are the walking type!
