Lovely double room in Oxshott

The Bedroom - bed very comfortable!

Light and airy double room at the top of the house with plenty of storage. Use of super kitchen and south-facing garden where we will sometimes get together for a glass of wine on the terrace! However we do respect each others privacy. There is a shared bathroom which has just been completely refitted.

The room is conveniently situated a 10 minute walk from Oxshott station with good links to London. There is a useful little shop and woodland within easy walking distance.

I am a retired teacher whose children have flown the nest - however they do return for family gatherings and Sunday roasts! Ideally I am looking for someone who has their own independent busy life who is not relying a buddy type house share - however we are all a friendly bunch!

Rent includes internet, council tax and utilities. However due to the substantial rise to the utility price cap there will be a reasonable monthly rental increase during the winter to take this into account.

I keep a clean and tidy house and am looking for someone with similar standards. Smoking is fine in the garden. There is a small driveway with parking sometimes available on an ad hoc basis otherwise plenty of free parking on the road.

Monday-Friday let also possible with pro rata rent.
