Bedroom for rent

I'm looking for a busy professional commuter to rent my spare room during the week (Mon-Fri only). It is a large sunny double room with basic furnishings - a double bed, side tables, shelves, clothes rail and a couple of chests of drawers.
Bed linen and towels will be provided and laundered unless you prefer to supply your own.

There is one bathroom, a decent kitchen which accesses the balcony and a lounge with big cosy sofas.

The apartments back onto the very pretty Chinbrook Meadows (ideal if you like to run/walk), and are located close to Grove Park station (7-10mins walk) where trains service London bridge, Cannon Street (15-20mins), Waterloo East and Charing Cross Stations (~35 mins).
The Baring Hall pub has recently re-opened and is located directly across the road from Grove Park station. It serves tasty food and has a good range of ales.

Permit parking is available out front of the flat and permits are issued for free on request.

The flat has unlimited broadband and a basic Sky HD subscription.
You will need to pay extra for any chargable calls made from the land line or any movies rented through Sky Box office.

I have two friendly pet cats so you will need to be comfortable around cats.

While I am pretty sociable and outgoing, I like to take care of my flat (its my home and my sanctuary from my mad London life) so it is important to me that my lodger is someone who will be respectful of me and my property. I will of course will do you the same courtesy.
(If you organise your clothes in a floor-drobe you aren't my kind of lodger sorry!)

I love food so you may be treated to some tasty cooking or baking if I have the time to do either in the evening.
