Trains to Charing Cross take less than 20 minutes, London Bridge is 10 minutes away. DLR (Lewisham) is a 7 minute bus ride away. There is a bus stop across the road and buses run to Lewisham, New Cross, Catford, Bromley and Blackheath (Nos 321, 178, 122 & N21).

There is a good sized lounge and and dining room.
The large fitted kitchen with breakfast bar overlooking the rear garden, built-in appliances include oven, grill, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave.

There is a bathroom with toilet, bath with power shower over the bath.

There is also a separate shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and wash-hand basin.

The property is ideally located for shops and bars - Sainsburys is an 8 minute walk and Blackheath is a short bus ride away with a number of restaurants, bars, pubs and shops.

Rent for bedroom 1 (larger bedroom) is is £575 pcm (inc bills) for one person or £719 per couple (inc bills). Bedroom 2 is £525 for one person (inc bills) or £656 per couple (inc bills).
