The rent for a couple is 480 Pounds per month in total (110, 77 per week). The rent for a single person is 430 per month as it still comes with the ensuit bathroom etc.
Kitchen, communal area and garden will be shared with three other housemates who live on the first floor.
Since the house is in very good condition, the deposit is 6 weeks rent which is: 665 for a couple and 596 for a single person.

Reference from a previous landlord, proof of employment or a guarantor letter are required by the housing manager.
The 12 months contract will start from 1st March and comes with a 6 months break clause.
The rent excludes bills (around 20 for council tax, 6 pounds for Internet, and 30-ish for utilities a month/per person).

The flat is located in lovely East Dulwich (Zone 2) on popular Lordship Lane which is a trendy street with lots of fantastic restaurants, bars and cafés and Saturday market. We feel very safe here, also at night, especially since our bus stop is 10 seconds away and the bus gets us right to the city center 24/7. The flat can be reached by buses 176, 185, 40 (amongst others) as well as trains from London Bridge to East Dulwich Station which is a 10 min walk away. Denmark Hill Station is a 10 min bus ride away.

The house is not a party house but of course we enjoy hanging out in the living room, having friends over or cooking together - normal houseshare :)
The current tenants are between 26-31 and work as freelancers in Film/TV.

Very often we have some cats visiting from the neighborhood - so new housemates should be cool with that. And it's a no smoking house but we have a nice big garden.

Please note that this property is managed by an agency and therefore requieres you to be on the contract and pay the admin fee of 75 Pounds per person (+VAT) to do so.
