The room is situated on the top floor of our 5 bedroom detached house. There is also another bedroom up there that is currently occupied by another tenant. The double room is light and airy with a velux windows. Ample amounts of storage space available. Carpeted throughout. On the top floor there is a modern shower room which you will share with the other tenant. The shower room is cleaned on a weekly basis by our cleaner. The top floor would be completely occupied by you an our other tenant, completely private!

About the House:
As mentioned above, we live in a modern 5 bedroom detached house on Hither Green Lane, comprises of a living room, kitchen diner, conservatory, laundry room, garden and summer house.

About Us:
We are a family, there is me, my mum & dad, my sister and her 4 year old son(staying with us temporarily, 4 year old is no trouble at all)! Also, we have a tenant who is very friendly and clean - He has definitely become part of the family. We enjoy spending time together!

About the Location:
- Hither Green Station (2 minute walk). Direct trains into Central London (12 minutes) and direct trains into Kent (20 minutes)

- Buses (30 second walk) 181 & 225 directly into Lewisham or 181 into Catford.

- Newsagents, and other small shops are within 2 minutes walk. Tesco Express 2 minutes walk.

- Newly opened Gym which is 2 minutes walk away.

We live in a safe, and quiet area.

TERMS OF RENT
If you view the house, and wish to rent the room - we will negotiate on the monthly or weekly rental amount ONO £600 PCM. We will then require references i. e. from work, and proof of affordability. DEPOSIT: 6 weeks rent. 1 months rent must also be paid in advance.
