Lovely double room with wonderful sunny aspect available June 2017 ... £695 per month (inclusive of bills except telephone). Loveliest room in the whole house. Great Victorian house with character very close to Hither Green station (connections to Charing Cross and London Bridge - and Bank and Canary Wharf via DLR - are brilliant!) in Lewisham borough in South East London. Character furnishing and Victorian fireplace. It is a character house. Beautiful stripped floorboards throughout the house. Nice garden.

Fun friendly house - a nice atmosphere. Looking for friendly outgoing person.

It is a laid back and informal house on a very convenient transport route ( 10 or 12 mins into Central London and just a short walk away) Also Victoria route from nearby Blackheath village.

The house is fab - a Victorian terrace, clean and full of character, it is well decorated and has beautiful fireplaces and nice bathroom, modern kitchen with mod cons (including dishwasher), 40 ft garden etc Wifi and satellite TV etc 50 foot garden with sitting out furniture.

Nearby there is a fab gastro pub (quiz nights etc), a deli, shops and a couple of restaurants - all very close walking. It is just down the road (1 mile or so) from the lovely Blackheath and Greenwich villages, where there are great restaurants, cinema, farmers markets at weekends etc and beautiful Greenwich park and the river with boats on the Thames.

The house in a green and leafy spot in Hither Green with Manor Park, a lovely park literally at the end of the road...

This is also the gateway to the 'garden of England' - Kent - so there are lots of quaint villages to visit and wonderful cathedral towns like Canterbury etc Brighton is also easy via London Bridge for a visit .

North Greenwich tube is 20 minutes or so away and zips into the heart of the West End (Bond Street, Houses of Parliament) etc There is a bus on the corner here that can whisk you to both places for a night out and a night bus from the centre of London too.

The house is also near to Canary Wharf and the Millennium Dome (20mins away) for all the concerts. Everywhere here has an incredible view of the city skyline and the river at night as well.

Me - I am a Communications Director and you also need to know that I have a quiet, very well behaved friendly dog - known as the most 'chilled out ' dog in the neighbourhood. Only there rarely now.
