I have a Double room available to rent in my two bedroom flat . The room is bright and private. It has a double bed, a chest of draws and two wardrobes. The rent for the room is £600 per calendar month and bills are included.
The Flat is in a quiet location. with excellent transport connections ie 5 min walk from Hither Green Stn which will connect to London Bridge, Cannon Street London Waterloo and London Charing Cross within 20 minutes by rail. Local buses into Lewisham, Bromley and Central London are minutes away. Docklands Light Railway can be accessed within 10mins giving a journey time of around 30 mins into Canary Wharf or around 45 into the City.
There are local shops within a 2-3 mins walk including a Co-Op, Lewisham and Catford shopping centres are within walking distance.
I require a months rent on the 1st, and a security deposit of £300. Room is available now.
