BILLS: COUNCIL TAX, WATER & TV LISCENCE INCLUDED IN RENT. Pay gas & electric and £10 a month internet on top of rent(never adds up to much as the flat seems to stay really warm) - 6 MONTH CONTRACT WHICH CAN THEN BE RENEWED

THE AREA: 10 min walk/bus ride from station + 15min central line to Bank (easy commute for the city, trains every 1-2mins and run until 1am + night bus as well) - tesco express + petrol station 5 min walk - 2 large tesco within 25min walk/5min drive - bus stops 5 mins away to get anywhere - 2 tube stops from Westfield! - Quiet, attractive area but still close to central London - lots of outside parking (no permit needed) - Large pub and amazing local italian restaurant 5 mins walk - walking distance of 2 gyms/swimming pools

ME: I am a 22 yr old professional working in recruitment and have been living in the flat since October. My flatmate is moving out in April.

I graduated from Exeter Uni with a degree in History in June and decided to start work in July- I recruit HR Professionals into law/consultancy firms. The hours are slightly insane so I normally leave the house by 7am and get in at around 7. 30pm!

I really enjoy a film/chat with a glass/bottle of wine as well as trying out new restaurants, going out for drinks with friends, shopping, cooking, London shows, swimming/trying to persuade myself to go to the gym etc.

I am looking for someone who is really friendly and relaxed, has their own life but would also be up for relaxing on the sofa in the evenings, going out for drinks/shopping or whatever/having people over for bbqs etc - someone to have fun with rather than just renting the room next to mine! I am very clean person but not necessarily completely tidy, so very chilled about that side of things as well! Equally, cool about having people to stay whenever.
