We are renting out our charming two bedroom flat in Leyton. It has a high quality of decoration and finishes and is just off of Lea Bridge Road with excellent bus links taking you to Clapton, Walthamstow, Hackney and the City. It is in a lovely leafy secluded spot so very quiet at night although plenty of evening options nearby.

It is a stone’s throw from the recently renovated Jubilee Park which backs onto the expansive Hackney Marshes.

Stairs from the kitchen lead down to the shared garden which gets the evening sun, perfect for a barbecue or afternoon drink.

It is a very friendly neighbourhood so you are sure to feel welcome here. The second bedroom is on the smaller side so it is perfect for a young family or a couple.

Leyton tube (central Line) Walthamstow (Victoria line) and Clapton Overground) (trains to Liverpool Street are all 5-10 minutes away on the bus plus there is free parking on the street.

This is our home so we are looking for people to enjoy being here as much as we have. The flat is fully furnished however if you have your own furniture we can arrange to store what is there.

The rent is £1150 per month and we will require a month’s deposit.
