This is a large room in with a double bed . The room is strictly for one person only. The house is clean and well maintained with a total of four bed rooms. The house will shared with 3 other housemates, one per room. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom (with a shower) are shared.
The house is approximately 5 minutes walk from Leytonstone Station.

I am looking for a professional working person (No DSS) and references and bank 3 months bank statement will be required. The house has a washing machine, microwave and wi-fi broadband internet

The rent is £100 per week which includes all bills and council tax. Deposit is two weeks which covers your two weeks notice period rent.

The existing house mates are all professional and comprise 1 young lady or Middle eastern origin and 2 young gentlemen, one of Asian and the other of afro carribean background.
