Room available in fabulous house in Liverpool St
Double ensuite room available in fabulous 4 bedroom house, a stones throw from Liverpool Street.
The flat is a 2 minute walk to Liverpool Street on an atmospheric pedestrianised passageway in Spitalfields Market, that was used for the filming in the first Harry Potter film. The house was originally built in 1690 and has recently been remodelled to include a gorgeous wood paneled living room and modern fully equipped kitchen. This location is great for both people who work locally, as well as people who have to commute a little further as there are excellent transport links on your doorstep. (Liverpool Street Station 2mins walk away)
The room is situated on the 1st floor and contains a double-bed, furnishings (bedside table, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers) and also an en-suite bathroom.
You will also be spoilt for choice for shops and restaurants. Tesco and Sainsburys stores are just round the corner, Ottolenghi is three doors down, Spitalfields Market is on doorstep, Brick Lane is 5 minutes away, and Petticoat Lane market opens every Sunday.
We have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight, which is £14 each. All other bills included in the rent.
You will be living with 3 sociable girls in their 20's, who work fairly long hours and appreciate a considerate housemate.
