I'm looking for someone to take over this spacious and modern double room in a 4-bed flat from 21st of May (start date can’t be changed), as I'm moving to a different city from next month. It is offered for a minimum of 12 months, and bills are only £300 in total for one year (including council tax). You will be living with 2 other males and 1 female. There is one bathroom with bath/shower and one separate WC shared between 3 persons (as one of the other rooms is en suite). Frequent cleaning service of the communal areas. 7-minute journey by bus (including walking distance to and from bus stops) to Mile End station.
