Room Share London Bridge - Females

Hi!

This is an ongoing Ad because I am looking for a female to share my studio flat on a regular basis.

The website doesn't give the option of Studio sharing so it is showing 2 beds flat but it is a Studio Flat sharing like a room share. It measures 32sq mt.

The area is divided in 2 sections on one side is my bed and the other side another bed. In the middle there is a desk and a sofa.
On the side the kitchen area.

I am looking for a female ideally for short week on long term or full week but shorts periods of max 1 month.

Rent depends on how many days the person is lodging in a week.
Minimum 2 days a week for £60.
7 days week £110

Ideally I would be looking for someone arriving Monday and leaving Friday.
4 nights for £80.

Flat is located in a prime location in a new development 1 min. walk to Borough Station and 5 min. walk to London Bridge Station.
Lift, washing machine, cooking facilities.

References and deposit will be required.
I also would prefer to meet in person before taking on a person to live with me.
