Great Priced Double room in cool modern flat

Hi guys-

I have a great double room to let in a flat and am looking for a flatmate who is tidy, relaxed and likes to have a good laugh over a glass of wine or two.

I am a very laid back and easy going guy who works hard during the week and likes to chill out on weekends.

I'm a professional personal trainer and boxing coach- I worked in the corporate world in PR and as an Event Producer for over 10 years but decided id had enough of the daily grind and office politics lol

I'm looking for someone with a similar lifestyle and good sense of humour, who is a professional (sorry students)

Always good to have a laugh and be mates with who you live but I also know that having ones own space is important too just to chill.

This place is ideal for someone who is is looking for a 'home' rather than just a flat to rent.

The room itself is a great size with loads of storage space, a small desk and chair, and brand new bed.

The flat has wooden floors throughout, All the mod cons- Leather couches, flatscreen tv, DVD, Xbox360, PS3, Netflix, broadband etc...

The lounge is a very cosy space that was re-decorated recently

The flat is 10 minutes walk to Waterloo, London Bridge and The South Bank and 15 minutes to The City and the area has excellent transport links. Its just a stones throw from the imperial war museum and there are some great pubs in the area and shops and other amenities. In the last year loads of cool bars and pop ups have appeared in the area and Elephant is fast becoming one of the most in demand areas.

Kitchen has a washing machine and plenty of plates, cutlery etc...and the bathroom, well has pretty much everything you'd expect to find in a bathroom :)

I am a live in landlord but don't let that put you off- I want anyone who lives here to be at home and so happy for any pics etc. to be put up.

And look on the bright side- If something needs fixing it will get done pretty much straight away/

I'm looking for someone who will treat and respect the place as their own and someone who has a similar lifestyle.

My current flatmate who has been with me for 2 years is moving in with his girlfriend in Bristol.

I've lived with guys and girls previously so happy to live with either, as long as you are relaxed and friendly and are not gonna have a breakdown if there is a used glass in the sink (Though I do like to keep the house nice and tidy)

This is a very chilled out and happy place to live so if you're looking for a party flat, or like drama and people over every night then it's probably not right for you (though the odd party is never a bad thing :)). If you want somewhere chilled that you can relax after work, call a home, and have plenty of jokes then I look forward to hearing from you.

Plus, as a qualified personal trainer and professional boxing coach free personal training sessions come as standard. Just buy me a pint in return lol
