I am offering a very good room in a flat already containing two sociable flatmates in mid-late 20s here at London bridge, just near the Shard, Borough Market and the Thames! Looking for a friendly professional person to join us!

We would like to offer this spacious bright room for rent. Features include:

- double bed with orthopaedic mattress
- loads of storage space both in the room and in the flat
- virgin broadband, strong and fast connection
- pull up bar to complete your fitness goals for the year.
- Gym next door, swimming pool and yoga classes nearby
- walking 2 minutes to Borough station, 5 minutes to London bridge (we are right in between).
- Tesco and Sainsbury's 2 min away, open 7am-11pm daily;
- awesome views on Shard, looks like Eiffel Tower in the night!
- we have microwave, washing machine, oven, lots of storage in the kitchen, all appliances.
- Shower and toilet are separate

Available to a single quiet and considerable person who likes normal socialising. Preferably a girl as we want to keep a gender balance, but guys also considered.
No couples or party people please. It is a very quiet flatshare with professional people. We are looking for friendly, sociable and respectful person.

Note: there is no living room + it's not live-in landlord, we just don't know how to change it.
