The room is kitted out with a double bed and built-in wardrobes (3 clothes rails), a chest of drawers, and storage under the bed so there is plenty of space. The chest of drawers can be removed if you want a desk instead.

The flat is decorated to a high standard with a fully fitted kitchen including the usual Washing machine, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Oven & Air Fryer.

The bathroom has a double shower and is shared along with the lounge/kitchen.

Lounge fully furnished with 2-seat sofa, large cable TV including the Sports channels, super-fast fiber broadband, and a dining table for 4.

We are allowed to make the flat feel like a home too so do have permission to put up things like pictures on the walls.

Excellent transport links to the City and the West End including two 24-hour bus routes just a minute's walk from the flat and plenty of things to do in the area. Just 10 10-minute walk from Borough Market, The Shard, London Bridge, and Tower Bridge.

The cool bars of Bermondsey Street are just minutes away too. Tesco Metro and 3 Sainsburys Local are within a few minutes walk and a large Tesco is just 15 minutes down the road.
