For those of you who have seen this ad before - it's back on the market!

I'm looking for someone to take a double room in a warm, fun 4-bed apartment in Borough (SE1 4XG), about 15mins walk from London Bridge. The place is furnished and has a big, light living room with 2 sofas and a dining table. It has a separate toilet and shower room, a kitchen with microwave, oven, washing machine etc. The room is a large double room with a big window and has a desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dbl bed.
The room is £586/month excluding bills (which come to about £40 per month).

The area is safe, close to really nice pubs and excellent transport options for anywhere you want go.

Looking ideally for a postgrad/mature student, who wants a social house, likes to share a meal, is laid back...and has a sense of humour. You'll be living with an Austrian guy, Romanian girl and Swedish guy - lovely people, I promise.
