Hi, I am a 32 year old young professional woman living in a beautiful, large, spacious and light flat in Shad Thames, which is 10 mins walk from London Bridge station or 10 mins from Bermondsey, or 10 mins from Tower Hill. My housemate is moving out and I am looking for another young female professional to share with - preferably non smoker. I would prefer female but happy to consider men as well so don't be afraid to get in touch.

The room you will be moving into is large with a lovely walk-in wardrobe and fully furnished. The flat is on the third floor of a gorgeous secure apartment block with swimming pool, gym and 24-hour concierges services (ideal for taking parcels while you're at work). It is 3 minutes walk from the Thames and really close to Bermondsey Street, which has loads of amazing bars and restaurants. The flat also has a lovely balcony with views of the Shard.

About me: I'm in full-time work although sometimes work from home and sometimes travel. I am clean, tidy, quiet, and I cook fairly often and watch TV in the lounge though am more than happy to watch what you want to watch!

This would suit someone who works in the City or anywhere fairly central.
