Double room in lovely house with 3 fabulous girls

Hi all,

I am looking for a nice girl (aged 23-28) to replace me in a house with 3 others for the rest of the tenancy until end of August. They are 2 professionals (both grad doctors) and a medical student. They're a lovely set of girls who have busy lifestyles but occasionally go for drinks/shop together at the weekend and like watching Made in Chelsea, The Kardashians, or anything on E! on weeknights.

The house is a 5 bed but the fifth room is a single and used as a spare bedroom for friends and family, which is a huge bonus. There are two bathrooms as well as a toilet downstairs, a small (patch) garden at the back but to be honest we haven't used it. Big living room and dining area.
The bedroom is a double with a bedside table, wardrobe and another slim chest of drawers. The bedroom itself isn't huge but big enough.

The area is very good location for transport with loads of buses going to basically everywhere across central London. Plus Borough, London Bridge and Elephant & Castle are all about 15-20 min walk away. There is a big Tesco and Argos down the road. A nice park is also down the road with a lake that is good for running.

The deposit is £900 and admin fee is £300. You will need references from previous landlord and work.

I can actually move out whenever between now and end of Feb but will prob need a week to move out and sort out the contract. The contract finishes at the end of Aug (29th I think) and the girls won't be renewing as they are moving out of London for work.

I am moving out to move in with my boyfriend.
