3 bedroom ground floor apartment, large living room with open kitchen. Laminate flooring throughout the apartment. Very nice and well maintained apartment building. All bedrooms face the back of the house. The building is on a dead end road with very little traffic. There is parking on the street and also gated parking lot under / behind the building. Tesco and Sainsbury’s close by. 

The available room currently has a single bed. Landlord is open to putting in a double bed. Also in the room are chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe. The available bedroom has its own shower room, toilet is shared with one other housemate. Kitchen has all the usual appliances, dishwasher,  washer / dryer, microwave. The available bedroom is on the smaller side but this is compensated by the huge open kitchen / living room.

Rent is £787. 33 per calendar month, bills are extra and currently come to £117 covering council tax, gas, electricity, Internet etc. Deposit £900. Cleaner comes once a month to clean the common areas. Other housemates (2 guys) are professionals in their late 20s early 30s. Potential housemate should be a professional preferably around the same age. No couples or sharing, 1 person only.
