This room is in Elephant and Castle, just in front of the tube station and South Bank University.
On the price is include Gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, parking (for car, bike and motorbike), water and other facilities.
The access to the building have a private reception, security and CCTV.

The room is in a two bedrooms flat, so will be sharing the flat just with other house mate (the other person is a male nurse, really tidy, clean and nice man).

- No smokers (but is possible smoke just outside the flat).
- On top of the price of the room is council tax and electricity (to be share), just need to pay the part of the room.
- Deposit of 6 weeks.
- Will be available in April.
- The availability date of the room can be sooner.

The room suit for couples but the price will be 100 pounds more.

The flat have living room with big TV (chrome cast), Internet (high speed with optic fibre), and a system to economize the electricity. The kitchen is full equip.
