Hello all,
I will be moving to Oxford for my new job and i would like to rent out my room as soon as possible.
The flat is located in Zone 1 and its only 10 min walking to London Eye and 15 minutes to London Bridge by walking! (If you are working in central you don't have to pay for transportation!)
Nearest tube station is Southwark ( 7 min walking) or Waterloo ( 13 min walking) and compare with Zone 1 rooms- I would say room size is almost like a studio flat.
My flatmates are quite careful about cleaning and they both working as a full time.
