A lovely little flat on The Southbank, 5 minutes walk to Waterloo, Southwark and Blackfriars station. Across the road is The Thames river, Gabriel Wharf and The OXO tower, it's a beautiful location full of fun things to do. The living room window has a view of The London Eye, Waterloo station and the Houses of Parliament.

The room comes with a shared shower/bathroom and toilet, open plan living room and kitchen.
The kitchen is fully kitted out and the use of appliances and utensils as well as other items within the flat are included with the inventory.

I am a very friendly and outgoing person and take great pride in making my flatmate feel at home and happy. I enjoy showing people around the local area and enjoying time together. I work Monday to Friday until 6pm and spend most of my time on the river hanging out, taking advantage of this amazing location. I'm a very respectful flatmate when it comes to cleanliness, noise levels and privacy, I also expect this from my flatmates and it is essential to a happy household.

This is perfect for somebody working in central London or the Southbank area. Transport is amazing and its the perfect location to entertain friends and family.
