3 bed house in Bermondsey/London Bridge

After a year and a half our lovely housemate Leo is moving abroad and we are looking for another fun and friendly person to replace him in our household.

We are both young professionals - Luke is an entrepreneur and organises events and Jen works for a luxury brand. We both enjoy going out for dinner/drinks/boozy nights out, going to the gym, sports, festivals, hungover Nandos deliveries and movie nights. We have our own social circles but we also like to do things as a house every now and again, so we want someone that is looking for a home and some new mates, not just a bedroom.

We are a clean household and we take pride in the appearance of the house, with this in mind we are looking for a new flatmate who’s considerate and tidy so the house is a nice place for everyone to enjoy.

We are in Shad Thames which is an amazing location situated between London Bridge and Bermondsey. The river Thames is at the end of the street and there are lots of local pubs, bars, restaurants and street food markets all within very easy walking distance.

The house itself comprises of a large open-plan living and dining area (great for socialising!), kitchen, spacious bathroom with both a bath and separate shower and three double bedrooms. The room available is on the second floor of the house and has fitted wardrobes and a double bed.

Rent is £780 a month and the bills come to approx an additional £120. This includes a cleaner every other week.
