Room available near elephant and castle

The room

I am leaving the flat to move to a closer place to work and am looking for someone to swap the tenancy contract with. The person would take over the contract with expire on the 27th of August 2016, and then choose to renew on a yearly basis.

The flat is a two bedroom with a nice and big living room, comfortable sofa, kitchen, one bathroom and two rooms.

The room itself is very cosy, with a double bed, a desk and a pretty big closet that can basically hold everything. The room has a nice big window that lets the sun in, the bed is big and comfortable.

The location is simply amazing, 5 minutes form elephant and castle, 20 minutes from Borough station, 15 minutes from Waterloo, around 20 minutes to Westminster ( walk) with buses pretty much everywhere

The bills work out just under 100 pounds a month ( including water, wifi, heating, council tax....)

The current flatmate is a young professional, and she is looking for another female young professional to live with, who's independent but enjoys spending time relaxing in front of Netflix and perhaps sharing the occasional glass of wine.
