Amazing Huge Room & Awesome Flatmates in Waterloo!

We're looking for an awesome person to join our house share right by Waterloo station.

*The house*
5 bedroom house, with large sitting room (lots of space for guests), big kitchen, laundry room, some bike storage, and nice little garden. We're blessed with tons of space in Central London!

*Location*
AMAZINGLY located, 3 minute walk from Waterloo station, a 6 minute walk to Southbank and just across the bridge from Covent Garden. In terms of public transport, Waterloo has 4 tube lines, a train station and more than 20 buses taking you pretty much anywhere in London. There are several Sainsbury's and Tesco's a short walk away and lots of bars and restaurants on the Cut - also home to the Old Vic. Plus there's a Jamaican guy that does a BBQ on the green next to the house every day. Though it's his beanie-wearing French assistant who talks with a Jamaican/French accent who's the one to really get to know!

*Room*
A huge room spanning the entire length of the house, right on the top floor. There are massive windows on either side of the room, giving access to 2 small balconies, and with a view on the London Eye from one end. There's plenty of storage and even more space to do anything you like with the room. The only downside is that there is no ensuite in this room, so you would end up sharing a shower with the other flatmates.

The rent is £768/month excluding bills (which come to about £130 a month each, including a weekly cleaner and the council tax).

*The housemates*
4 of us (+you?)! 2 girls, 2 boys aged between 26 and 36. One works in a health startup, one in finance, one in a translation agency and one for a media startup.

The room is available from 16th August, and we're looking to hold viewings on Monday 23rd & Wednesday 1st August.
