Spare double room in our 6 bed victorian terrace near Limehouse.

I will be leaving the house share so am looking for a replacement tenant.

It's a lovely house with great people, so I'll be very sad to go!
Looking for a professional (either male or female), who is friendly, tidy and considerate.
The room is a good size, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bed side cabinet a bookshelf and a desk. It also has a large hideaway cupboard for extra storage.

The house includes a shared living room, 3 bathrooms with showers and one with a bath and a modern clean fitted kitchen.

The house also has a Balcony/Terrace that is perfect for summer BBQ’s and just relaxing in the all too brief summer sun.
There are 5 other housemates all professionals mostly doctors, we're a warm friendly bunch so it shouldn't be too much trouble to settle in.
Rent is 520 Inc bills including a deposit of £600

Within Walking Distance you have The Limehouse Basin with the marina and pubs on the river (10 mins) Brick Lane and Shoreditch (25 mins), Canary Wharf (25 mins) and Stepney City Farm (5 mins)

The house is ten minute walk to Limehouse station which has the C2C to Essex from there you are 7 minutes to Tower Bridge or Bank giving you the Central Line, Northern line, District and Circle, Waterloo and City pretty much on your doorstep.
On street parking is available to residents.
This is an amazing place to live and at an amazing price too.
