I am moving out from our beautiful shared apartment and my room will be available starting August 15th.

YOUR ROOM
Your room is on the 2nd floor and has a beautiful skylight window, which makes the room very bright and cosy throughout the whole day. At night you can even see the stars, if London weather allows it.

It comes fully furnished:
Bed size 140 cm, wardrobe, shelves, storage space.

The room also comes with a brand new mattress which I will leave for GBP 100 (original price GBP 250). As the mattress has been used with a mattress topper, it is very clean and sparely used as I traveled a lot in the last months and have been rarely at home.

THE HOUSE
The house is situated in E8 and we have 1 half of a whole house, so minimum neighbors exposure. 10 minutes walk to Broadway market or London Fields, 7 minutes to Haggerston station.

Big kitchen, nice garden and large living/dining room, 1 bathroom w/ bathtub and 1 additional toilet. The double toilets are a huge plus, we never have any trouble queuing in the mornings.

RENT
GBP 900 pcm
incl. all bills and monthly cleaning
May come to a little less during summer time and more in winter for the heating.

Deposit GBP 1,100

YOUR HOUSE MATES
You will be sharing the house with 2 girls, Michelle and Sabrina, aged 30+ and occasionally a small Boston Terrier called Pixie.

Both work in fashion and travel a lot, but enjoy hanging out in the garden with a glass of wine when everyone's back in the house :)
The atmosphere is very chilled and everyone respects each other's private space and work times, but we like to hang out over dinner when we have the chance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Long term only, at least 12 months, takeover lease from August 26th onwards with your name on it.
There will be an option if you want to leave the contract earlier, but it will include agent fees for our landlord.

Only girls, no couples.
