Gorgeous double ensuite in Islington/De Beavoir

Hi,
I'm looking for another girl for a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment just between Islington, Haggerston, Old St and De Beauvoir. The area is lovely with independent coffee shops and delis and some great pubs - perfect for Sunday lunch. The canal is 2 minutes away. There are several bus routes running 2 mins from the building which take 10 minutes in to Moorgate/Liverpool St or it's a 15 minute walk to Angel or Highbury and Islington.

You'd be sharing with me, British female working in PR and marketing. I'm very much into home being home and my partying hard and student days are behind me - prefer to socialise out side of the house these days.

When not catching up with friends in and around London, I like to spend weekends away either in the UK or abroad. I'm pretty chilled and good at cleaning up after myself and tend to enjoy a nice glass of wine and some trash tv on occasion!

I'd like to share with another girl in her late twenties/thirties who is also in full time employment. Ideally someone who is house proud without being OCD and not allergic to pets as I have friendly and affectionate cat (completely house trained).
This is important: must be animal friendly.

The flat is great - really nice modern flat - wood laminate flooring, freshly painted, with gas central heating, separate full equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave and washing machine). The lounge is big and cosy with a dining table.

About the room: It's a lovely carpeted double with built in wardrobes - with draws, designer double bed and mattress, bedside tables, mirror and storage under the bed as well. The room comes with its own bathroom which has a bath as well as shower and loo. It's a few steps outside of the room.

Rent is £866 per month excluding bills, six weeks deposit and £180 agency fees. Move in with a week's notice as my flatmate has had to move to Scotland for work. Rolling periodic lease - month by month.
