Large double in friendly flatshare with musicians

Hi!

We are looking for a third flatmate to share a lovely, bright, split-level flat 8 mins walk from Old Street station.

We are two pianists (one British-Iranian, one Canadian). We have a piano and a very friendly cat with us too! We're both social and like cooking, travelling, film, art, and board games.

Open to sharing with anyone regardless of gender, sexuality, race, religion, etc.

We like to keep things clean, but we're not neat freaks. We work hard, and practise at home so this isn't a party flat, but we are pretty easy going and are looking for someone who'll be good company!

About the flat:

There's plenty of living space, a separate kitchen, one bathroom, and lots of storage space. The bathroom was refurbished only 8 months ago with a really good shower.

The room's bright and spacious with a full-size double bed, and has a large built-in wardrobe, as well as drawers and another wardrobe. There's definitely room for a desk too.

References and agent fees required (sorry) equal to one week's rent.
