Looking for an easy-going flatmate to move into a furnished double room in a 3 bed flat (no living room unfortunately) from early March.
The flat is inbetween Dalston Kingsland (10 mins) and Canonbury (10 mins) overground stations.
Normal amenities included, with fast broadband (100Mbps) and a dishwasher. Bills come to around £70pm. We currently have a cleaner every 4 weeks/when family come to visit!
You'll be sharing with myself and another girl, both professionals (I'm in PR and Nikki is a Software Developer). We like to socialise and have a G&T or two (or three) in the evenings/weekend, but also appreciate our own space.
